By using this website you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions, including any privacy statements which are deemed to be incorporated in the terms and conditions that appear on this website, including any amendments thereto.

We reserve our right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of www.pure-hair.co.za following the posting of changes to these terms (including the Privacy Policy and other rules) will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer, and Pure Hair and Beauty (Pty) Ltd (“Pure Hair”, “us”, “we”, “our”). If you contract with us or purchase products from us, you accept and agree to comply with the most recent version of this agreement in its entirety. When placing an order, the agreement in force at the time of your placing the order will apply to that order and all related transactions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As South Africa’s premier supplier of exclusive Indian hair, we guarantee the quality of our products. Whilst the industry norm is to sell wigs and extensions with a strict “no-return” policy, we do not conform to this standard. In the rare event that you do find a defect in one of our products, we will take the necessary measures to correct this.
We offer a 1 week (7 day) guarantee on all of our products. If any production defect is present in our products, it will become evident within this period. Once products have been installed, they cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Unfortunately we cannot accept used products due to quality and hygiene concerns. We urge all customers to take the time to inspect the product and ensure that it is of the style, colour, texture and quality that you desire prior to making a purchase.
Unfortunately we will not be able to return your product should you order the incorrect colour or length.
We have a no refund policy (only exchanges), and will only exchange products that are unopened, unused and still in their original condition and packaging.
The product that will be exchanged must be in our possession, before a new product will be delivered. Please note that courier rates and/or delivery charges apply to all exchanges.
Products can be returned only if:
1. They have an evident manufacturing defect (matting/tangling/shedding);
2. They have not been used or altered in any way at all (including, but not limited to, washing, installing, cutting, bleaching or colouring);
We cannot accept a product that has become defective due to poor maintenance. We recommend that you only use experienced stylists and fitment specialists when installing, styling, maintaining, and removing your hair. Please look after your products with love and care, and remember to use the correct hair products on them.
LIABILITY
Pure Hair does not take responsibility for any hair weave installations, styling, maintenance or removal carried out by any salon, hair stylist, consumer and/or any other party. Pure Hair is solely a supplier of hair weaves, and is not liable for any damage caused to the product that you have purchased, your own hair, or yourself due to the improper installation, styling, maintenance or removal carried out by a salon, hair stylist or any other party. Pure Hair is not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of our products, and for any costs associated with hair weave installations, maintenance or removal.
By using our products, all salons, hair stylists, consumers and/or any other party agree that Pure Hair is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, disability, or death that may be caused by our products.
Pure Hair is not liable for any fees or charges that may occur as a result of incorrect information provided to us by the customer.
